Inspiration : Contours

The basic design of the store is taken from contours, thus, it is all circular. There are various levels given for shelving, in order to help keep more items on display. The ceiling is kept very basic, and the storage space is given underneath the shelves.

No colour is added to the store, the flooring is wooden and the walls and the ceiling are kept white, this enhances the look of the items.

Restaurant Studio

Site : Carter road, Mumbai

Type : Restaurant

Area : 3000 sqft

A restaurant/bar was to be designed in the given site. I have designed a lounge which serves food and alcohol, and also has a dance floor with a special VIP section. The bar area is the focal point of the restaurant. 
Since the place is open only during the night, it is called 'Nocturnal'. It is in the middle of the sea and can be accessed through a pier. The pier is designed as a passageway that leads to the entry of the restaurant.

Residential studio

Client : Young Couple

Site : Sanjay Gandhi National Park

Type : Residential

Inspiration : Internal ear

The plan was abstracted from an image of the internal ear. The house is designed as a holiday home for a young couple. With one bedroom and a multi-functional room, which can be used as an office and an open space for get togethers. Considering the site is a national park, there are no doors or windows but clear glass partitions and openings. This allows natural light and nature to merge with the atmosphere and create a lovely ambience.
